Main new features:
1. "Setup wizard" dialog that should help you to configure system at the first time.
We have recently found that lots of our customers can't understand how to setup or configure TrueCafe.
2. Great improvements of pricing setup. Maybe the most flexible and convenient pricing setup you have ever seen.
Now you can configure pricing per minute, hour, any item or just setup a table of fixed sums that are added to bill;
round amount of a service; setup taxing (included in or excluded of the price).
It is very easy to create a number of time zones for a week with distinct pricing for each one.
3. User's session Internet traffic/bandwidth calculation.
You can use this simultaneously with your current Windows or Linux Internet (proxy) server.
4. POS features. You can print a receipt on receipt printer or any other printer.
Configure receipt: customize fonts, alignments, choose receipt sections (header, footer, tax, total, etc.).
You can even put a graphics on it: e.g. your cyber cafe's logo.
Print a receipt automatically while finishing a client session.
5. You can easily unlock workstation locked by TrueCafe Client.
Just enter closetruecafe as a password and the program is closed.
This trick works in demo version only and is disabled in registered version.
6. Pre-paid and timers improvements: specify pre-paid amount and/or timer
when starting a session. The session will be finished automatically when time/money is over.
Setup time/money warning level that let an operator and client be notified
when a little time/money is left.
7. A client can order any items (drinks, snacks, etc.) from TrueCafe Client.
8. Printer Watcher: automatically charges a customer for printing on any printer in a club.
9. You can easily move client from one workstation to another one.
10. Lots of other small improvements, including session summary panel for selected workstation,
quick session start and stop, backup/restore database, main window user interface changes, etc.
Generally, our main task for the version 3.0 is to make it clear and convenient for our customers
in setup and everyday use.
