We set up customers on the TrueCafe software as regular customers with access to either WI-FI billing or regular client billing. However, we noticed that when these customers log into Truecafe via WI-FI, the WI-FI kicks them out after a minute or two depending on what activities (browsing, downloading files, etc...) they are doing online. However, if they purchase a ticket and log onto TC via this purchased ticket, WI-FI does not kick them out. Any help???
