Dear Truecafe,,,

Hi sir i am from Cyrus Match... i have some question to ask...My customer complained me about top up problem...((Whenever i add time for them n they play n then logout their account and their money still have in account but when they login their account back its say No Money in balance and when they top up money again they get their old money Back))Example: Customer add 5 hours time n then play n still have in their account 3 hours n after logout n login back its say no money in balance after they add new 5 hours time in their they can login back but their have 5Hours + old time 3 Hours = 8 Hours.....Hope u understand what i mean

Next time when you get this problem and the system says "no money left", please send us a screenshot where you see that there is actually some money on the customer balance.

Hello Truecafe,,

its hard to screenshot because its same as no money in account but in system in their account still have money...but if i add more money in their account,,their account will get old money n new money.....EXample: their money still have 300Mn but cant login after i add more 30mn their account will have 330MN...

Next time you get this problem, please send us your TrueCafe database (C:\TrueCafeData\db\TrueCafe.mdb file zipped) to support@truecafe.net and let us know the customer login to check.

We'll take a look and see what's happening there.

oh ok i will send it to u today,,,the method i use to solve the problem to customers who face the " no money left " is i create the new account for him after i deleted the current customers account. I am waiting to get your respond with a better way.
