Error message "username empty"

I am trying to configure the background for the lock terminal at the clients' end.
The picture I want to use is on my desktop, server's name Administrator. I specify the file's name as follows
C:\Document and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\kingsHselogingpage.jpg
and press enter. An error message came up "USERNAME EMPTY" .
Pls help me out

Specify the picture name and simply click the "Options" button to close the options panel.

Do you see your picture now?

I have done exactly what you aske me to do, I mean click option after I have written the filename.
The backgroung pictuer did not come up ,the background remain the same

Hello Tunji,

Please make sure that your picture path is correct. Put it into some simple folder, e.g. C:\Temp\1.jpg

Pls where can I save the file on the server that will make the filename so short has the example you gave in your reply?

The file has to be located on your client, not server computer.

Sir I am using N computing devices, so I have one server to 10 virtual N computing devices.
This thing works for me fine while I was using the DEMO version.
I just registersg my licence yesterday for ten systems.
Pls help me out how can the file name be so short as in your example

On the DEMO version I put the picture on server"s desktop and it worked fine

Make sure that your file and folder name are correct. To make it simple, rename your picture to 1.jpg and copy it to e.g. C:\Temp folder and write in the TrueCafe Client window: C:\Temp\1.jpg

Not sure I understand what's the problem there. Could you please send me your picture so that I can try it myself?

The pic is too big for your upload it is 292kb and your site cannot take more than 256kb. I hope this is not the reason for the problem I have.
