Printing tickets on Dymo Labelwriter

I have a Dymo Labelwriter 400, which is a small label printer. I've been trying to use it to print tickets (one at a time), but I always get a 'divide by zero' error. Any idea what's causing this?

Hello Kris,

We've recenlty got such a bug report from another customer, going to start working on this issue very soon. We can't reproduce this problem on our printers so we'll have to develop a special debug vesion with advanced log of the ticket printing facility. I hope you help us with the testing.

Hello Kris,

Excuse me, do you have "Vertical" or "Horizontal" layout selected in the TrueCafe main menu > Tools > Options> Tickets > Design option?

I have tried both with no result. Most of the time I get the divide by zero error, but sometimes there's no error at all, but also nothing is being printed. When I close TrueCafe later, an empty label comes out of my labelprinter.
