Open your Windows network settings, your card properties and disable TCP/IP v6 protocol.

Hi serge,
I have disabled the TCP/IP v6 protocol in the pc where the printer is connected. Now I can see the ip address of the host only, not the thin client name/ or ip address.

Please send the screenshot again and a simple diagram of your network with TrueCafe Server, NComputing host, printer and Printer Watcher depicted.

When you print a document from NComputing terminal, you have to get NComputing host name (or IP) and the corresponding user name in the print log.

Doesn't it work list this on your system?

YES only host ip address is coming. I will not be able to track from which terminal the print has come

I have not understood . Installation of printer watcher in thin client host is ok. How to connect to truecafe server? ( Thin client host and trucafe server are two different pc's)

When you install Printer Watcher, there is "Printer Watcher Config" in your TrueCafe Windows Program menu. You have to specify the TrueCafe Server IP there.

In your mixed thin client + PCs topology this could be a sophisticated task actually... We'll think on how we can improve this in the next versions.
