WI-FI Drops off

Postby remi4real » Mon Mar 26, 2012 11:20 am

Hello.
We set up customers on the TrueCafe software as regular customers with access to either WI-FI billing or regular client billing. However, we noticed that when these customers log into Truecafe via WI-FI, the WI-FI kicks them out after a minute or two depending on what activities (browsing, downloading files, etc...) they are doing online. However, if they purchase a ticket and log onto TC via this purchased ticket, WI-FI does not kick them out. Any help??? :?

Hello Remi,

When you log in to Wi-Fi with any customer account and get the TrueCafe session info page, click the "Refresh" button, how much time left you see there?

Regards,
Serge.

At first, Truecafe says "unlimited time." However, once I begin to use the internet or using youtube, the balance is no longer unlimited. It goes into a negative (-) amount....and the WI-FI is disconnected. We are using an employee account to test this out.... Thanks

Hello Remi,

1) Double click on the customer account, take a screenshot and post it here.

2) Open TrueCafe main menu > Setup > Pricing, select the customer's pricing package, click "Computer time" button, take a screenshot and post it here as well.

Thank you!

Regards,
Serge.

There are "Options" and "Upload attachments" tabs below the text area when you reply. Switch to the "Upload attachments" and upload your screenshots.

If this doesn't work, email the screenshots to support@truecafe.net.

Thank you in advance!

Regards,
Serge.
